Low Cost Tollgrinding
We have the capacity to grind a full truckload (40,000 lbs) of plastic in an 8 hour shift. Because of our large recycling machinery, we are safely able to process very large pieces of plastic (4' x 4' x 3') without secondary cutting operations.



Inspection and Grinding
Plastic is weighed upon arrival at RPP's facility and all labels, metal hardware, and fiberglass rods are removed. During the grinding process, to remove any impurities, the plastic goes through ferrous and non-ferrous metal detection, as well as continuous visual inspection.

Granulation
Once large pieces of plastic are shredded into medium-size pieces, these pieces are then ground up to small, end-user size.

Final Product
The plastic regrind is packaged into roughly 1,000 pound containers and shipped to the customer.
